Write a mini-saga : Win a mini ipad #writing #competition

This competition is now closed.

As announced on Radio Leeds – this should be a lot of fun.

Can you write a saga in 50 words?  The rules are simple. All you have to do is write a mini-story that is exactly fifty words long (or short – however you wish to look at it). It can be about whatever you like, so long as it is fifty words in total, not counting the title. Fifty words: no more, no less.

And we need it by 2pm on Saturday 21st February.

For further information on 50-word mini sagas, as well as some examples, see the following websites: The Telegraph did a mini-sagas competition and you can read this Guide to writing mini sagas for inspiration.  So get writing!

Successful entries will be published in our digital anthology, and the best mini saga will win a mini ipad.

One entry per person.  Must be a resident of Leeds.  Open to all ages.

Our Judges are Liz Ward of the Big Bookend, and our keynote speaker author Ann Victoria Roberts.
